高等学校：Ms. Loshが来校されました。
去る12月23日、主に高等学校の英語と、「コラボ授業」として地歴科目の教壇に立つロッシュ先生のお母様が来校されました。
新型コロナウイルスの影響で、人の行き来が閉ざされてしまっていたため、親子の対面は実に3年ぶりです。アメリカで特別支援教育の先生をなさっていたお母様は、息子の職場見学と日本の学校視察を兼ね、終日本校で過ごされました。
「歴史総合」でコラボ授業を受けている高校1年生のクラスでは、お母様がご自身の職業についてお話しくださいました。その後、急遽、生徒たちはロッシュ先生についてのプレゼンを決行。プレゼンシートをクリスマスカード仕様で作成し、プレゼント贈呈し、ハートウオーミングな時間となりました。

I had the privilege of visiting Bunkyo Gakuin University Girls Senior High School to meet staff and students while observing my son teach English classes. As an educator from the United States the school presented with high standards in their academic performance. The staff have integrity, professionalism, and are very cordial. While the students were polite and courteous. I had an opportunity to engage with students who demonstrated high self-motivation. It was a pleasure to view this prestigious educational setting and enjoy watching my son. Thank you for your kind hospitality.
